An invitation is emailed and works for seven days, only for the address it was sent to. You can withdraw it before it is used. Someone without an account creates one with that address and lands back on the invitation. The owner can change a role or remove a member at any time.
The one snapshot, which they can read and download without an account. The email tells them the page, its address, the capture date and who sent it. The link reaches nothing else in your account, is kept out of search engines, and stops working when it expires or you withdraw it.
The owner's sign-ins, sessions, password and billing. A member's activity log shows captures, schedules and team changes only. Anyone who belongs to more than one workspace switches between them, and every page says whose workspace they are in.
